Jennifer and Mike Brango, are certified personal fitness trainers who are
passionate about helping individuals of all fitness levels change their lives
and push themselves to achieve maximum results.

International Sports Medicine Association
* Certified as Adventure Boot Camp Coaches through NESTA
* Experienced in working with a diverse group of individuals who want to
create a personalized weight training and weight loss programs.
Jen and Mike, enjoy a full range of fitness activities including: core
training, functional training, hiking, strength training and outdoor cycling.
And, through the Boot Camp, they're dedicated to bringing disciplined programs
of exercise to those individuals looking to experience healthy living in an
environment away from the gymnasium.
We are part of a national network of
lifestyle and business experts who hail from many different backgrounds. We have
been taught by some of the best minds in fitness, mind development, fitness,
nutrition, and business. We implemented a whole food nutritional program that
greatly improves the health of children through adults. We have also partnered
with many of our personal mentors to bring you the best information available to
help you live a better more productive life. These programs are very effective,
and continue to be a part of our team's routine to this day.
We knew that only training people on
their physical fitness would not have a major impact on lives that we desire,
so, we have taken on the responsibility to educate and train more than just the
body. The only way to really make a positive difference in people's lives is to
offer a well rounded program that incorporates the physical change along with
changes to career development, cognitive development, and spiritual
enlightenment that are necessary to reach one's full potential. We are all
great, it just takes some effort to find out how to leave your mark on this
world.

Dr. John Spencer Ellis
Each week, over one million people enjoy a wellness and personal development
program created by John Spencer Ellis. His programs are implemented in the top
resorts, spas and health clubs. John is the CEO of National Exercise & Sports
Trainers Association (NESTA), the Spencer Institute for Life Coaching, and the
Get America Fit Foundation. He is the VP of Business Development for
MyNutritionStore.com, and on the Advisory Boards of the National Health,
Wellness and Prevention Congress, Exercise TV, Sleep Number Bed, Medical
Wellness Association, Irvine Valley College, Life & Leisure TV and Health
Journal Television. He is a Fellow of the National Board of Fitness Examiners,
the author of How Badly Do You Want It? - Your Ultimate Guide to Optimal
Fitness, The Compass, The Well Couple (2009), and a contributor to
Power of Champions and Peak Vitality. He's the former Fitness
Editor for OC Flair magazine and created Adventure Boot Camp, the
largest fitness boot camp system in the world. His TriActive America signature
series of outdoor exercise equipment is used worldwide. John has been featured
on ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, FOX, FOX Sports, FOX Reality, SPIKE and ESPN. He is the
fitness and lifestyle expert on Bravo's The Real Housewives of Orange County
and Daybreak OC (KDOC news). John has also appeared on Starting
Over, Life Moments and Camp Reality. He is the executive
producer of the documentary The Compass. He hosts The Fit Show, Core
360 Personal Gym infomercial, PersonalTrainerTV.com, The OC Body, The
Spencer Power Hour radio show, and the Ms. Fitness U.S.A.
and World pageants. He stars in the workout DVDs Playground Boot
Camp & Kung-Fu Fitness, created programs used by Cirque du Soleil,
the U.S. Secret Service, Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard, and
consults the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championships). John was nominated for
induction to the Fitness Hall of Fame.
John holds two bachelors degrees (business & health science), an MBA, and a
doctorate in education. He also completed doctoral level studies in naturopathy.
He holds fifteen certifications including massage therapy, plyometrics,
self-defense, fitness kick boxing, fitness boxing, nutrition coaching, water
fitness, exercise rehabilitation, golf conditioning, Pilates, personal training,
clinical hypnotherapy, sports hypnosis, PACE circuit training and yoga. John is
a member of the American Sleep Association, National Sleep Foundation, and the
American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine. He holds a 2nd degree black belt in
kung-fu, completed the Ironman triathlon, and finished 5th at the U.S. National
Biathlon Championships. His medical training includes a license in radiological
technology, a medical assisting certification, and training in McKenzie
rehabilitation. He has specialized training in ropes course facilitation and
corporate teambuilding. John was nominated for the California Community College
Distinguished Alumni Award.

Kelli Calabrese
Kelli Calabrese is a renowned fitness expert, business owner, international
presenter, author, spokesperson, editor and mother of two young children. Her
passion for fitness began when Calabrese joined her first group fitness class at
the age of thirteen. Best known for training the trainers, Kelli has been
committed to helping fitness professionals, deliver results for their clients
and lead a prosperous career for them selves. Kelli inspires trainers through
example and is devoted to coaching personal trainers towards identifying and
exceeding their goals.
The knowledge that she came from a family prone to heart disease and cancer
drove Calabrese, at a young age, to make health and fitness a top priority in
her life. After attaining her first fitness certification at the age of
seventeen, she made the decision to reach out to others to help them to make
fitness a part of their lives. Kelli is committed to the fight against obesity
and disease and reaches consumers directly, through advising trainers and
through committee involvement.
At the age of 22 Kelli had completed 3 Science degrees including a Masters in
Clinical Exercise Physiology / Cardiac Rehabilitation, a Bachelors with High
Honors in Exercise Physiology and an Associates in Biology. Since 1987, Kelli
has also acquired twenty three fitness and nutrition-related certifications
allowing her to prescribe exercise programs for healthy adults as well as
children, athletes and those with special needs and health conditions. She is
certified to instruct kick boxing, SPIN, Pilates, PACE, strength training, boot
camp, and more.
Calabrese's fitness career began in a local health club in New Jersey where
she worked her way from fitness trainer and aerobic instructor, to personal
trainer, director, club manager, and partner of a four-club chain. Some of her
corporate fitness clients included Calvin Klein Cosmetics, Beneficial Insurance,
and Nabisco.
Seeing a need for more qualified fitness professionals, Calabrese then opened
the first school for preparing candidates for the American Council on Exercise's
Personal Training exams. In 9 years, her school prepared over 3,000 students
with a 90% passing rate, to become Group Fitness Instructors, Lifestyle and
Weight Management Consultants, Clinical Exercise Specialists, and Personal
Trainers. |
