Great
Valley Adventure Boot Camp
started five years ago in
West Chester, PA then soon
after expanded to open the
Phoenixville location in
2008. At the request
of a few of the female
campers in Phoenixville,
the Phoenixville ABC
became coed in 2009.
Seeing a need for well
rounded fitness programs
in the area Jen and Mike
had the opportunity to
open a fitness training
gym in March 2010. The gym
was originally opened as
Great Valley Adventure
Boot Camp Fitness and
Cross-Training however,
upon their move in January
2011 to their current
location the gym’s name
was changed to JMB
Fitness. Although their
mission has always been
the same they rebranded as
Only Results Fitness
as a true reflection of
their mission to the
public.
Under the
direction of Dr. John
Spencer Ellis, creator and
owner of Adventure Boot
Camp, the programs offered
are constantly updated
based on research that
allows for the most
effective program to be
offered. Dr.
John Spencer Ellis has
been an innovator in the fitness industry for more than
half his life. He began his life of fitness at age 12,
and has continually educated himself in the areas of fitness,
sports conditioning, medical advancements, education and
business. John is a personal trainer, fitness consultant,
trainer of personal trainers, media advisor, medical exercise
specialist, mentor, life coach, and peak performance consultant.
Since the late 1990s, John has operated an Adventure
Boot Camp in Orange County, CA and oversees the
Spencer Escape fitness retreat center in Big Bear, CA.
After years of research, hundreds of hours of instruction,
experimenting with various teaching methods, camp formats,
and nutrition programs, the Adventure Boot Camp method
emerged. This is the method you will learn.
